Corvettes
at Carlisle '99 took place on August 27-29 and Olegna Productions
was again on hand to capture the power-pumping action.
Continuing
the tradition of Corvette-packed, fun-filled weekends for
the entire family, the 1999 show proved that this is a hobby
for everyone. Corvettes at Carlisle '99 featured ladies
and their Corvettes.

You'll
meet eight very special women and their desirable Corvettes.
Find out how these women got into the Corvette hobby and
why their super rides are so special. Any man would be proud
to own one of these eight great Chip's Choice 'Vettes, but
after hearing the dedication and appreciation these ladies
have for their cars, you'll never think of Corvettes as
“just a guy thing” again. This was also the first
year of the Woman's Oasis and you'll learn why it has become
a staple at the Corvette and other Carlisle events.
Now
power-shift from beauty to brawn. You'll get an up close
look at 30 Corvette Challenge racers. Learn about this exclusive
1988-89 Corvette-only racing series and how these cars are
becoming as hot on the collector's circuit as they were
on the racing circuit.

Also
special to the 1999 video is a chance to meet Jim Danahy,
Quality Engineering Manager, of the Bowling Green Assembly
Plant. Take part in a wedding of a pair of Corvette enthusiasts
that was held on stage Saturday morning. Meet Richard
Cohen and his one-of-a-kind collection of mid-years. This
is the only place you'll see these five cars, all equipped
with the rare N03 option, assembled for display.
You'll
also see the last stand of Chip Miller's low mileage collection
of red, white and blue sharks. And we say goodbye to Bob
Gold, in a tribute to the man who ran the all-Corvette
auction at Carlisle for ten years.

Carlisle parade, the fun display field celebrity picks,
Kids at Carlisle, the swap meet, the Corvette Coral and
the Miss Corvette beauty contest. And as a fitting tribute
